Make a bright and solid smoothie by pureeing mango, kiwifruit and spinach wtih yogurt and nectar and spooning into glasses in two layers.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup solidified diced mango
3/4 cup vanilla sans fat yogurt, partitioned
1/4 cup nectar, isolated
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon ground lime skin
3 ready kiwifruit, stripped and quartered
2 cups ice solid shapes
1/2 cup pressed infant spinach
2 tablespoons packaged green tea
Kiwifruit cuts (discretionary)
Instruction:
Place mango, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons water, and lime rind in a blender; process until smooth, stirring occasionally. Divide mango mixture into each of 4 serving glasses; place glasses in the freezer.
